What does American politics mean to China?

American local government is a diversified system with a large number, various types, no affiliation and different functions. Since 1980s, the reform trend of local governments in the United States is mainly reflected in the diversification of organizational forms, the cooperation of intergovernmental relations, the customization of public goods and services, the decentralization of vertical power relations and the enterprise orientation of internal management. Although there are great differences in political systems and cultural traditions between China and the United States, the reform experience of local governments in the United States still has certain reference significance for the reform of China's administrative system, especially the reform of local governments.
