How to install orderly welding?

Choose the appropriate installation method according to different situations.

The installation of welding sequence needs to consider many factors, such as welding angle, welding deformation, residual stress and so on. According to the assembly welding angle, the welding sequence should be considered on the principle of not causing welding difficulties and non-weldable seams. At the same time, in order to reduce welding deformation and residual stress, it can be welded from the center of the welded structure to the outside, or from the thick plate direction to the thin plate direction. Moreover, joints with large shrinkage (butt joints) should be welded first, and joints with small shrinkage (lap joints and fillet joints) should be welded later. Vertical weld should be welded first, and flat weld should be welded later. Parallel welds shall be welded at the same time and in the same direction as far as possible. The staggered short welds shall be welded first, and then the straight long welds shall be welded.
