What is the name of the hand-woven loom?
Hand-woven looms are called shuttle looms.
It consists of a main body, two rollers, baffles, pedals, healds (a device for alternately separating warps up and down on the loom to enable the shuttle to pass smoothly), ropes, rafters (a row of small bamboo strips arranged closely together, usually hundreds, evenly distributed, and only one warp can pass between the roots). Each small bamboo stick looks like the toothpick we see today, but it is flat and used at both ends of the bamboo stick.
