My Liuhe Micro Life (52) Liuhe Gate Wu Tai Ji Chuan

The author won the first prize in Tai Ji Chuan in the 12th Beijing International Wushu Invitational Tournament in 20 18.

20 12 teacher studied the traditional Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan with Mr. Cao Fengqi, the third head of Beijing Liuhe Boxing. My teacher taught Tai Ji Chuan, not only inherited the traditional practice method of Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan, that is, Tai Ji Chuan's eight characters "loose, slow, deep, long, round, flexible, comfortable and quiet", but also applied the unique traditional theory of Liuhe Quan to Tai Ji Chuan's boxing walking and pushing techniques. It can be said that it not only keeps pace with the times, but also adheres to the traditional way, enters a new era and is in line with international standards, so that Wu Tai Chi can be carried forward in our school. Shi Jing Liuhe Boxing brings Wu Tai Chi into the strategic guiding ideology of "One Skill" in the complete system of Liuhe Wushu!

The teacher, who is known as the "Beijing Wulin Walking Dictionary", taught me the following characteristics of Wu-style traditional Tai Ji Chuan.

(5) Three Hearts of Liuhe Boxing: The human heart should be spiritual, the palm should be empty, and the feet should be done! There is no feeling of support under your feet, no contact point between your hands, no confrontation, and the end point and starting point are unified, which is unfavorable.

Wu Pai Tai Ji Chuan 108 style, which has been inherited by Liuhe Gate in Beijing, is more and more loved by Tai Ji Chuan lovers, and will surely make greater contributions to the inheritance and promotion of Tai Ji Chuan, Wu Pai.
