The origin of drum-and-drum calligraphy
According to the region, it is divided into: Shandong drum, Laoting drum, Fengtian drum and Tianjin drum.
At the beginning of the 20th century, Beijing's drum script originated from two directions: it traced back to JD.COM, passed through Tongzhou and Sanhe to Laoting, Hebei, and radiated to Pinggu and Miyun in the northeast of Beijing, resulting in JD.COM drum and Laoting drum, and derived Pinggu tune; The other one traces back to the south of Xiangjing and passes through Langfang, Bazhou and Cangzhou to Hejian. This vein produces Xihe Drum and Cangzhou Wooden Drum. After Laoting Drum and Xihe Drum were introduced to Beijing in the late Qing Dynasty, they attracted a group of citizens and supported a group of storytellers. The wooden drum was introduced into Beijing, but it failed to take root as a genre because of its strong local flavor. However, after the transformation of Beijing and Tianjin artists Hu Shi, Huo, the Jingyun drum with Beijing accent and Beijing rhyme was produced, and a generation of drum kings and Jingyun masters was born. It's been a hundred years since the stars shone.
