Illustration of how to tie strings to a kite

1. First unpack the kite, take out the kite, and unfold the kite.

2. Pass the kite support pole through the middle rope sleeve and insert one end into the socket of the kite support.

3. Insert the other end. When inserting the other end, use a little force to hold the kite up (as shown in the picture).

4. Tie the thread end of the reel, and slowly wind the thread (note that the thread must be tightly wrapped to avoid winding the reel when it is too loose and released), and then tie the thread hook. Be sure to tie it tightly.

5. Turn the kite over, hook the thread hook on the kite buttonhole (as shown in the picture), and lock the thread hook.

6. Go to an open area outdoors and the kite will fly. Pay attention to the pulling force of the kite and the reel in your hand. If the pulling force of the reel is strong, release the line appropriately. If the pulling force of the reel is small, slowly reel in the line. When you want to retrieve the kite, just slowly reel in the line.
