Advantages and disadvantages of mixed bacteria method
It is beneficial to mix bacterial liquid evenly, but it is difficult.
Method of mixing bacteria: firstly, prepare a clean and sterile plate, then suck a certain amount of bacteria liquid into the Petri dish, then pour the culture medium whose temperature has dropped below 60 degrees (almost), cover it, and move it back and forth gently on the table to make it fully mixed. The whole process must be sterile.
Mixed bacteria method is more difficult. Anyway, we made a comparison when we were doing microbial experiments. The results show that the colonies grown by coating method are better than those grown by mixed bacteria method and have less pollution.
