Rules of karate competition

Karate からてどう/Karatedou is a martial art that originated in Ryukyu. Karate was originally named Tang Shou, which means "martial arts from China". Karate originated from Shaolin Wushu in ancient China. The following is what I have arranged for you:

Karate player

1. Players must wear red gloves on one side and blue gloves approved by W.K.F on the other.

Second, the player only wears a belt. The red edge is a red belt and the white edge is a blue belt. Don't wear a belt during the game.

Third, players must wear mouthguards.

Four, yin and soft shin guards are allowed, but it is forbidden to use shin guards/instep. All protective equipment must be approved by W.K.F

According to the doctor's advice, the use of bandages, pads or suspenders due to injuries must be approved by the presiding judge.

Organization of karate sparring competition

First, duet competitions can be divided into team competitions and individual competitions. In individual competitions, there is no heavyweight. The heavyweight is subdivided into rounds. Team events also include individual events.

Two, the team competition, each team must be an odd number of participants; There are 7 men's teams, including 5. The women's team consists of four players, including three.

3. Before the competition, the representatives of each team should select the contestants from the list of 7 men or 4 women in the team, fill in the offensive order of the contestants in the form stipulated by the General Assembly and hand it in. Any player or coach who changes the order of players or appearances without submitting a written report will be disqualified.

Karate jury

The jury of each competition includes a presiding judge Shu Shen, three deputy judges Fu Shen and a producer Kansa. There are also several timekeepers, newspaper reporters, recorders and record inspectors.

Karate competition time

Each round of the doubles competition lasts for 3 minutes for adult men, which is the same as the team competition and individual competition, and 2 minutes for women, teenagers and young players.

Karate score

First of all, there are three kinds of "scores":

A.3 points, Sambang

B.2 o'clock Japan

C. 1 min ibn

Two, the score is determined according to the following scoring technical standards:

Good posture, sportsmanship, rich technical application, incomplete heart, good timing and correct distance.

Criteria for judging three points and three states:

A. the last foot.

B. Knock down or sweep down your opponent, and then make an effective technical attack.

Only with the intention of using karate skills, or in the case of countering the opponent's throwing skills and twisting, can you catch the opponent or overturn him.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use it: failing to grasp the other side to turn around, turning around dangerously, and the turning support point is higher than the hip. The general traditional karate foot sweeping techniques, such as foot sweeping, instep kicking, and active foot sweeping, do not need to catch and protect opponents.

After the opponent is thrown to the ground, the referee will give the attacker 2 to 3 seconds of technical attack time.

Fourth, the scoring standard of binary Japan:

A. kick the middle.

B. hit each other on the back.

C. Mixed technology attacks, with the comprehensive score of each single attack exceeding 2.

V. I IPPON scoring standard:

A. directly hit the middle or upper segment.

B. Back fist ... and so-called internal fist.

Sixth, the location of the attack:

Head, face, neck, abdomen, chest and back, excluding shoulders and chest side.

Criteria for judging the outcome of karate.

The result of the game will determine which player is 8 points ahead, or at that time, the player with the highest score will win. You can also decide the outcome by "judging" Han Tai, or by fouling Han Suo, disqualifying the four corners and abstaining from Keeken.

1. At the end of the game, both players scored the same or didn't score. The jury voted to decide whether Han Tai won or lost. Han Tai's success or failure is judged by the players' attitude, fighting spirit and strength. Proficiency in tactics and skills. The number of active attacks.

In the individual competition, if the two sides draw, you can add 1 minute "overtime" to Qiao Sen. "Overtime" is an extension of the game, so all penalties and warnings should be combined into "overtime", and the first scorer wins. If both sides still fail to score, it will be decided by the referee.

Second, in the team competition, there is no "overtime" Qiao Sen, only a "draw".

In the team competition, the team with the largest number of winners wins. If both sides have the same number of winners, the second team will calculate the scores of the "winning" and "losing" players, and the team with the most total scores will win.

Four, in the team competition, if the number of winners and the total score of both sides are the same, the second team should send representatives to play to decide the outcome. If the play-off is still tied, 1 minute must be extended, and the first scorer wins; If neither side scores, it will be decided by the referee.

In the men's team competition, the one who wins three games first can be declared the winner. In the women's team competition, the first two wins can be declared as winners.

7. Prohibited behavior Here are the first and second types of fouls, and the second type of prohibited behavior.

Karate foul

The first kind of foul:

Touching the scoring area or throat excessively in the attack. Note: even touching the throat is forbidden.

B. attack the arm, foot, groin, joint or instep.

C. attack the face with an open palm.

D dangerous wrestling techniques or prohibited wrestling techniques that can cause harm to opponents.

The second kind of foul:

A. pretend to be injured or exaggerate the injury.

B. repeatedly ran out of the field, out of bounds, JOGAI.

C. there is no intention of self-defense, and Mubobby is not prepared.

D. avoid fighting and let the other side have no chance of winning by dodging.

E. Catch an opponent or try to fall, but the intention is not to really attack with karate skills and try to catch an opponent or get close to him, so that when an opponent attacks, he can't score because he is too close. But there is one exception, that is, when the opponent intends to make a grab or throw first, or wants to use the throwing skill above the hip that supports the shaft. In this case, you can take defensive measures by catching each other or getting close to each other.

F. Unnecessary hugging, twisting, throwing and pushing, with no intention of real technical attack.

G. Uncontrolled attacks, ignoring the safety of opponents. For example, wrestling skills should be used regardless of whether the opponent can land safely.

H attack your opponent with your head, joints or elbows.

One, with words or other actions * * * each other, do not obey the orders of the presiding judge, impolite to the referee group, or other acts in violation of etiquette.

8. Punishment

First, the first type of fouls and the second type of fouls cannot add up to each other.

Two, in violation of these rules can be directly punished, after the punishment is still in violation of these rules for many times, we must increase the punishment. For example, the first verbal warning to the player is too deep and the second verbal warning is not enough.

Third, the penalty clause.

A. Verbal warning to CHUKOKU: First offense, minor foul.

B. Warning KEIKOKU: For those who are given a verbal warning in this game, or those whose foul level is not enough to pay attention to the foul, the punished player will lose one point.

C. Pay attention to the foul HANSOKU-CHUI: those who were warned for this game, or those who were directly directed against the foul that was serious but not enough for a foul. If such punishment is implemented, the punished person will be deducted two points.

D. foul HANSOKU: for those who commit serious fouls or are convicted of fouls in this game, the players will be sentenced to lose the game.

E. Disqualification SHIKKAKU: Players who disobey the referee's orders, behave badly, commit crimes that damage the prestige of karate, or violate the rules of karate and the sportsmanship of the conference must notify the referee committee and make a judgment of disqualification SHIKKAKU.

Injuries and accidents in karate competition

1. A player who falls, is knocked down or can't stand up within 10 seconds is not suitable to continue the competition, and automatically loses the right to fight freely in the general assembly.

If a player falls, falls or is knocked down and can't stand up immediately, the referee must blow the whistle as a signal timekeeper and start the countdown of 10 second. Call the doctor at the same time. When the referee raised his arm, the timekeeper immediately stopped timing.

2. Injured players who were declared by doctors to be unable to participate in the competition at the meeting are not allowed to participate in all the sparring competitions.

Third, the injured player wins because of injury, and may not compete again without the permission of the doctor. If the injured player wins again in the second game because his opponent is disqualified, the player shall not participate in the ongoing game.

Four, when the player is injured, the referee should immediately stop and ask the doctor to check. Doctors only make diagnosis and treatment.

The injured athlete has only 3 minutes to receive treatment. If the treatment cannot be completed within 3 minutes, the referee should decide whether to judge that the player is unfit to continue the game or decide to extend the treatment time a little.
