What is the name of the dance that a bunch of foreigners do with their hands and feet?
Stepping, also known as stepdancing, is a dance in which dancers use their body movements, such as stomping, voicing and clapping, to create a rhythm. Usually performed by a group of people, but sometimes by a single person, stepping originated in the mid-20th century in African-American college fraternities, and draws on a number of dances, particularly African foot dances and the ceremonial steps of the military.
