Surgical steps of hemorrhoid artery ligation

1, 0.5% iodophor is used to disinfect perianal skin and spread sterile towel sheets. After anesthesia is effective, the anal canal and lower rectal mucosa are disinfected again.

2. Finger check and expand the anus to two fingers, place the sterilized anoscope ultrasonic probe in the anus and rectum, and place the ultrasonic Doppler probe at the dentate line for 2 ~ 3 cm.

Slowly rotate the probe clockwise along the longitudinal axis of anorectum, and find that the hemorrhoidal artery has obvious pulsation. Then disinfect the operating window in the anoscope with 0.5% iodophor cotton ball, suture the hemorrhoidal artery with 3-0 absorbable suture "8" through the window, and ligate the suture blood vessel with a thread pusher. After the ligation of hemorrhoidal artery is completed, rotate the ultrasonic probe of anoscope again to detect the ligation effect, and suture the unsatisfactory part again.

3. During the operation, be careful that the suture points are not on the same horizontal line, and ensure that the suture is at least 0.5 cm away from dental floss.

4. After all hemorrhoid arteries are ligated, exit the ultrasonic probe of anoscope and check the suture position through anal digital diagnosis.

5. Close the dry mouth of anal fistula, and then flush the pus in the fistula.
