Li Nationality's Dance Poem "Li Nationality's Story"

On June 25th, 20 12, the dance poem "The Story of the Li Nationality" performed in the 4th National Minority Literature and Art Exhibition in Beijing met the audience in the capital. As the only drama in Hainan Province, which takes the legends of Li ancestors in Hainan Island as the main line, takes the feelings, scenery and dreams of Li ancestors who migrated to Hainan Island 4,000 years ago as the soul, shows the development process of Li ancestors through art forms such as songs, dances, poems and paintings, and composes a life hymn of hard work, wisdom, unity and struggle, and creating a homeland together.

The whole play consists of overture, Li Zhiyuan, Li Zhi-soul, Li Zhi-yun, Li Zhi-qing and conclusion. Li culture runs through it, extracting the most primitive cultural elements of Li nationality, including tree fur clothing, boathouse, Li Jin, etc., and gathering the most representative cultural symbols of Li compatriots' labor, harvest, sacrifice and love, vividly reappearing the origin and knives of Li ancestors.
