Significant progress has been made in coal preparation technology and equipment. Coal preparation technology has reached the international advanced level, and the amount and proportion of raw coal selected have been greatly improved. The trend of large-scale coal preparation plant is obvious, and the large-scale coal preparation equipment and reliability are obviously improved. Dense medium coal preparation technology and main separation equipment, large-scale automatic rapid diaphragm filter press and complete dry coal preparation technology have reached the international leading level; Jig, mechanical stirring flotation machine, jet flotation machine and other equipment are basically localized; Various centrifugal dehydrators, grading crushers, vibrating screens, magnetic separators and other equipment are close to the international advanced level (Table 2-3).

Implementing scientific mining to improve coal recovery rate. Implementing total quality improvement to promote energy saving and emission reduction. Through dehydration, desulfurization, deashing and impurity removal, the adaptability and combustion efficiency of coal combustion are improved and the emission is reduced.

Develop low-quality coal and make rational use of resources. At present, lignite dehydration technology and system, coal-based cogeneration system and so on. Emphasis is placed on promoting zoning, classification and grading to improve quality and utilization.

Strengthen the comprehensive utilization of resources and promote sustainable development. Such as low calorific value coal combustion power generation, comprehensive utilization of associated resources in coal series, mine water recycling and so on.
