The practice of wrapping zongzi
The method of wrapping zongzi is as follows:
1. Soak the leaves of Zongzi for one hour, soak the glutinous rice for three hours, cut the bacon into pieces, and cut the jujube into pieces.
2. Then roll the zongzi leaves into a cone shape, add jujube, glutinous rice, bean paste and peanut kernels, spread a layer of glutinous rice, fold the zongzi leaves down, knead them upside down, and bind the zongzi firmly with Ma Lian grass.
3. Cook zongzi and you can eat it.
