Introduction to the List of Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage in Hebei Province

Hebei has a long history and profound cultural heritage. It not only has a large number of material and cultural heritages, but also many precious intangible cultural heritages. These intangible cultural heritages are the precious spiritual wealth and wisdom crystallization of Zhao Yan's sons and daughters, and also the treasures of Chinese civilization. Protecting intangible cultural heritage and maintaining national cultural heritage are the important cultural foundation for strengthening national emotional ties, promoting national unity, maintaining national unity and social stability, and are also the inevitable requirements for building advanced socialist culture, promoting the construction of a cultural province, building a "harmonious Hebei" and achieving faster and better development in Hebei. All localities and departments should conscientiously implement "protection first, rescue first, rational utilization, inheritance and development" in accordance with the spirit of "Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Hebei Province on Strengthening the Protection of Cultural Heritage" (No.41No.2006) and "Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Hebei Province on Strengthening the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage" (No.26 [2005] of Zheng Ji Office).
