What are the specifications of pvc pipes?

1, pvc water pipes with diameters of 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 90mm, 1 10mm, 200mm, etc.

2. As threading tubes, the common sizes are 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm.

3. The diameter of pvc drainage pipes is also the largest among all PVC pipes, which is below 160mm for general household use, and 200mm, 250mm, 400mm and 500mm for industrial places.

Extended data:

PVC pipe (PVC-U pipe) is a kind of rigid PVC pipe, which is made of PVC resin, stabilizer and lubricant. And extrude by a hot pressing method. It is the earliest plastic pipe developed and applied. PVC-U pipe has strong corrosion resistance, easy adhesion, low price and hard texture. However, due to the leakage of PVC-U monomer and additives, it is only suitable for water supply systems with transportation temperature not exceeding 45℃. Plastic pipes are used for drainage, waste water, chemicals, heating liquid and cooling liquid, food, ultra-pure liquid, mud, gas, compressed air and vacuum systems.

PVC can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. Among them, hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is generally used for floors, ceilings and leather surfaces, but its application range is limited because it contains plasticizer (which is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC) and its physical properties are poor (the upper water pipe needs to bear certain water pressure, so soft PVC is not suitable for use). Rigid PVC contains no plasticizer, is easy to form, has good physical properties, and has great development and application value. In the production process of PVC materials, it is inevitable to add several additives such as stabilizers and plasticizers. If all environmental additives are used, PVC pipes are also nontoxic and odorless environmental protection products.
