What is safety closed-loop management?
Safety closed-loop management is a management method formed by integrating closed-loop systems, closed principles of management, management control, information systems and other principles.
It treats the company-wide supply, production and sales management process as a closed-loop system, so that the management within the system and subsystems forms a continuous closed loop and maintains system activities at a balanced point, so that conflicts and problems can be resolved in a timely manner.
The operation process of an enterprise is a continuous process, and supply, production and sales are the three stages of this process.
They are interdependent and mutually restrictive, causing the three stages of enterprise operation to alternate and circulate in sequence, thus forming a continuous operation process. At the same time, enterprises create wealth for society and make profits during the operation process.
Extended information; the so-called closed-loop management is actually PDCA cycle management. The PDCA (abbreviation for Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle is a quality management cycle. Quality work is carried out according to planning, execution, verification and action to ensure reliability.
Achieve goals and promote continuous improvement of quality.
Proposed by American scholar Edwards Deming.
This 4-step cycle is generally used to improve product quality and improve the product production process.
This process cycle is also known as: Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), Deming circle (Deming cicle/cycle/wheel) or Shewhart circle.
Another different version is OPDCA, which adds O (observation). Some say it is to obtain the current situation.
Deming is an American quality management guru who became famous in Japan.
With his help, Toyota became a huge success.
Japan established the Deming Prize, the highest national award in the field of quality management, for Deming.
He believes that high quality does not come from product inspection based on results, but from continuous improvement based on process.
Later, his concept went beyond the field of quality management and was widely used in the field of business management.
