Time and scope of traffic restrictions in Xuhui District, Shanghai

The first working day when the new regulations on the restriction of number-plate passenger cars in other provinces and cities are implemented on the inner ring road in Shanghai (the restriction time is 7:00-9:00, 17:00- 19:00).

In order to facilitate people from other provinces and cities to transfer to rail transit, the district traffic control center took the initiative to stand up. In the early stage, 34 public parking lots (garages) within 500 meters around 7 subway stations in the inner ring of Xuhui District were sorted out and further arranged by telephone communication and field visits.

Finally, 16 qualified parking lots (garages) were determined, which can provide parking and transfer services for citizens during peak hours, mainly involving the parking garages of several rail transfer stations around Kaixuan Road, Wanshiguan and Dong 'an Road.

According to the relevant requirements of the Municipal Road Transportation Bureau, the Road Transportation Center and the Xuhui District Transportation Committee, in order to facilitate people who drive buses in other provinces and cities to transfer to rail transit, the District Traffic Control Center took the initiative to cross the front, and sorted out 34 public parking lots (garages) within 500 meters of 7 subway stations in the inner ring of Xuhui District in the early stage.

Through telephone communication and on-the-spot visits, 16 parking lots (garages) that meet the requirements and can provide parking and transfer services for citizens during peak hours are finally determined, mainly involving the parking garages at Kaixuan Road, Wanshiguan and several rail transfer stations on Dong 'an Road.
