If I interview business leaders, what questions can I ask about corporate culture?

Middle managers are located in the middle of the organization and are responsible for the activities of business units and important departments. Department heads, branch managers, quality control managers and research laboratory directors are all examples of middle managers. A typical middle manager often has two or three managers below, who are mainly responsible for implementing the overall strategy and policies formulated by senior managers. Generally speaking, they care about short-term problems, need to establish good relations with colleagues in the organization, and encourage teamwork and conflict resolution.
