What's the use of bearing bush?
There are two kinds of bearing shells: integral bearing shells and split bearing shells. There are two kinds of integral bearing shells: oil tank and oil tank. Bearing bush and journal adopt clearance fit and generally do not rotate with the shaft.
Sports characteristics:
When the sliding bearing works, a thin oil film is needed between the bearing bush and the rotating shaft for lubrication. If the lubrication is poor, there will be direct friction between the bearing bush and the rotating shaft, and the friction will produce high temperature. Although the bearing bush is made of special high-temperature resistant alloy material, the high temperature generated by direct friction is still enough to burn it out.
Bearing bush may also be burned due to factors such as excessive load, high temperature, impurities in lubricating oil or abnormal viscosity. The sliding bearing is damaged after tile burning.
