In particular, the sealing end face should have sufficient strength and certain corrosion resistance to ensure a satisfactory service life of the product.

Has good thermal shock resistance.

Therefore, materials are required to have high thermal conductivity and small linear expansion coefficient, so as not to break when subjected to thermal shock.

Small friction coefficient

Sealing ring matching should have a small friction coefficient.

Good self-lubrication.

If dry friction occurs for a short time during operation, the sealing end face will not be damaged. Therefore, the sealing ring should have good self-lubrication, and the sealing ring material and sealing liquid should have good wettability.

be of simple construction

The structure of the sealing ring should be simple and symmetrical, giving priority to the whole structure, or combined (such as inlaid) sealing ring, avoiding the spraying structure of the sealing end face as much as possible.

The sealing ring should be easy to manufacture.

Installation and maintenance should be convenient and the price should be low.
