How to understand core values
Core values are a set of ideas and norms recognized by an organization or a country, which reflects the mental outlook and cultural characteristics of an organization or a country. For example, China's core values include prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendliness.
Core values play a guiding and normative role, which helps to unify thoughts, condense knowledge, stimulate internal potential and improve the competitiveness of an organization or country.
