The first is the original plan! From the internet, I made some small notes.

We plan to pack part of it into a restaurant and design it as a bar.

My family and I like to have a drink when studying abroad. The bar is something we don't want to give up.

Think about it. Sit down for brunch in the morning, have a cup of coffee and dessert in the afternoon, and have a glass of wine with the light on at night. Doing their own things and being happy without saying anything!

No matter how big the house is, it is not enough. We have a great dream!

The designer is right, the house price is so high that you can't make good use of every inch.

idea

When considering how to place the washing machine, I have three ideas:

1. Levels and emissions

In most cases, the laundry cabinets are horizontally arranged on the balcony.

That's what the designer designed for me, as shown in the figure:

Washing machines and dryers have enough space to discharge, but adding a sink is not enough.

We take into account some living habits of our elders.

In other words, if there is no laundry pool, will you be scolded? We still want to keep this function.

Obviously, the current width of 1.52m is not enough for three guys.

Step 2: Cover and Place

Taking care of many roommates is to stack the washing machine and dryer.

There are windows on both sides of my balcony, which is obviously not suitable for superposition.

It is still very useful to open the window for ventilation! Because of this window, it is easy to hang clothes on the north balcony!

This pass has also been dropped. What should I do?

3. If you can't do it horizontally, come vertically!

One night, a little girl who was rejected by two schemes was sitting cross-legged at home with a design!

My head is full of such voices, "there are pillars on the right", "the width is not enough" and "the ground beam"!

Later, I put the design upright, and then it was gone! Not horizontal, vertical! The window needs ventilation, but the glass below is useless!

I have a look, and the length of the balcony is about1.6-1.7m. I will open Taobao immediately to see if there is a laundry cabinet with this length. (Taobao is of great significance to friends who decorate! You can refer to the size! )

I checked with the designer whether it can be placed vertically. The designer said that as long as the back of the laundry cabinet is properly handled to prevent the laundry cabinet from being deformed, there will be no big problem.

There are ideas, and the rest is to implement them.

How about it,

1. First, customize the laundry cabinet.

Finding the laundry cabinet first is the guarantee of the construction premise.

Based on this idea, I took a photo of Taobao and went to Building Materials City to find a suitable laundry cabinet. Confirm whether there is a merchant who can order such a laundry cabinet (the laundry cabinet is a custom-sized product, and I think it will be more secure to measure it at the door of a physical store, so I didn't choose Taobao to order it, and Sumitomo can adjust measures to local conditions).

Tips:

When you have a clear goal, saving photos in your mobile phone is the fastest and quickest way to ask questions (avoid chickens telling ducks).

When you ask the store, you'd better ask if you have made a similar laundry cabinet. If so, are there any photos for reference? ?

If you haven't done it yet, the promise of the store means that you need to make a model of the artificial stone countertop again, and the cost will increase, and the cost you will pay will be high. It's best to find a shop that has done it or has a reasonable price.

2. Confirm the position of washing machine and dryer with the plumber, and keep the position of water supply and outlet.

3. The bricklayer is required to build one and a half walls with thin bricks and stick bricks on the walls to ensure that the long-term use of the laundry cabinet will not be affected by the exposure of the western sun.

About custom laundry cabinets

I found a shop in the local building materials city, which made a similar style at a reasonable price. The shop showed me the style of the laundry cabinets produced by the factory, and I was very satisfied with the style.

The length of the whole laundry area is actually 1660+90= 1750, and the width is 1520.

(90 is actually a ground beam and is not included in the measurement. )

The length of the laundry cabinet is 1640 and the width is 627.

The washing pool has a length of 47 and a width of 30.

The laundry cabinet is basically suitable for the length of the laundry area and wide enough to move.

The entrance is a sliding door, which I usually leave half open. (This sliding door is the one where the north balcony was connected to the dining room before. The developer was originally equipped with sliding doors. My father-in-law just tried it, and no extra customization is needed! )

To test this effect, I hung my clothes inside and pulled the sliding door. If you don't tell me, no one really knows that I have a laundry room hidden inside, which is full of clothes! Most people never come into this place when they come to my house, because they are directly ignored!

In this area, you can see that I used a nail-free pole to store cleaning tools.

I put the broom and wiper in turn, and hung a lot of small clips bought by nitori to dry some rags, socks and so on. ?

The gap next to the pipe was also received by some clean bottles, and there were no nails on the bottles.

You can't usually tell. Tools are all around here, so it is convenient to clean and find things.
