According to the Notice of the Department of Education of the Autonomous Region on the Pilot Work of Undergraduate Colleges and Universities on Recruiting Graduates of Secondary Vocational Schools Across the Region as a Counterpart in 2020 (Guiqi Education and Higher Education 〔2020〕 No. 35), and the Notice of the Autonomous Region Enrollment and Examination Institute on Doing a Good Job of the Pilot Work of the Examination and Enrollment for the Undergraduate Colleges and Universities to Recruit Graduates of Secondary Vocational Schools Across the Region as a Counterpart in 2020 in the Region (Guiqi Kaoyuan〔2020〕 No. 36) Requirements, Guangxi University of Science and Technology, Beibu Gulf University, Hechi College, Baise College, Wuzhou College, Hezhou College, Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities, Guangxi Normal University of Science and Technology, Guangxi Urban Vocational University, Guangxi Vocational Teachers College and other 10 undergraduate colleges and universities to participate in 2020 undergraduate colleges and universities counterparts to recruit graduates of secondary vocational schools (including technical schools) pilot (hereinafter referred to as the undergraduate counterpart in secondary vocational enrollment) work. In order to do a good job in the joint assessment work, this brief is hereby formulated.

I. Application conditions

Candidates applying for undergraduate counterpart secondary vocational enrollment must also meet the following conditions in addition to the college entrance examination application conditions stipulated in the Notice on Doing a Good Job on the Registration Work of the 2020 General College Enrollment Examination in Our Region (Gui Zhaokao Committee Office [2019] No. 42):

(a) belonging to the starting point of junior high school graduation of secondary vocational schools in our region Full-time graduates (including full-time graduates of pre-school education, traditional Chinese medicine, combined traditional Chinese and western medicine, nursing, midwifery, rural medical education, medicine and health care majors from high school graduation);

(ii) The major category of the major of the secondary vocational school they are attending should be able to basically correspond to the undergraduate majors enrolled in the program;

(iii) They are ranked in the top 30% of the overall grade in our school, but have won the third place of national or autonomous region-level skill competitions. Second, the candidate declaration method

Third, the recommendation material submission

Candidates shall be recommended by the principal of the secondary vocational school in his or her name to the pilot enrollment institutions. Recommendation materials include: the principal's letter of recommendation (must be signed by the principal and stamped with the official seal of the school), the candidate's personal application, a copy of the candidate's college entrance examination registration form, a copy of the ID card and household register, a copy of the candidate's 2017 secondary vocational school freshman admission registration form (mark out all the students applying for the school in order to undergraduate colleges and universities to verify), secondary vocational school performance registration form or proof of achievement. Candidates who are not ranked in the top 30% of their grades in the overall assessment results of the University are required to provide at the same time a copy of the award certificates of winning the third prize or above in the national and autonomous region level skill competitions. All the documents are on A4-size paper, and the photocopies shall be signed by the secondary vocational school after reviewing the originals and stamped with the official seal of the school. Each secondary vocational school will bind the above materials into a booklet according to the ranking order of undergraduate majors applied by the candidates, and send it to the corresponding auditing institutions (see Annex 1 "2020 Undergraduate Counterpart Vocational Enrollment Institutions Correspondence Addresses and Contact Information") before June 4, 2020 for the qualification examination of the candidates by express mail. The postmark shall prevail, and the audit institutions may refuse to accept the late mailing, and the secondary vocational schools shall be responsible for solving the remaining problems.

Four, qualification audit

(a) Each secondary vocational school must log on to the "undergraduate counterparts in secondary vocational declaration query system-/pg/zz" before 12:00 on June 6, 2020 to carry out online qualification audit of students applying for the examination of the school (the relevant login account and password will be notified). (The login account and password will be notified separately). The secondary vocational schools will be responsible for the failure of the secondary vocational schools to carry out online qualification examination of their students on time, resulting in the inability of the undergraduate institutions to carry out the final qualification examination of the students, which may lead to the inability of the students to participate in the examination and other related responsibilities.

(2) The review of undergraduate colleges and universities on June 8, 2020 before 12:00 to complete the qualification audit of the principal of the secondary vocational school in the name of the recommended candidates, the results of the audit will be reported to the regional Department of Education and the autonomous region of the Admissions and Examinations Institute for the record, and in the school enrollment Web site announced. (A) Online Examination Declaration

Candidates who meet the conditions of the application and have been recommended by the principal of the intermediate school in their names will be required to log in to the "Undergraduate Counterpart Teacher Training Center" website from June 8, 2020, 12:00 to June 9, 2020, 15:30, by presenting their ID card number and name. 30 on June 8, 2020, 12:00 to 15:30 on June 9, 2020, log in the "undergraduate counterpart of secondary school declaration query system - /pg/zz", check the qualification examination results. Seven, the examination form and content

The candidates applying for the undergraduate counterpart of vocational pilot must participate in the assessment organized by the undergraduate colleges and universities, and the assessment adopts the "quality of culture + vocational skills" of the examination subjects and the corresponding form of examination. The test focuses on the students' comprehensive ability, subject specialties and innovative potential. Cultural quality examination and vocational skills test are used in the way of joint testing, led by the Baise College organization.

1. Examination subjects: language, mathematics, English three subjects in a combined volume, each subject is worth 100 points out of 300 points.

X. Admission and Recruitment

(I) Announcement and Filing of Results:

The main examination institution of each major or professional category will draw the minimum admission control line for the corresponding majors (including the score line of the cultural quality examination and the score line of the vocational skills test) on June 17, 2020 according to the principle that the number of people on the line will not be more than 1.5 times of the total enrollment plan of the main examination majors. (2) Admission principle:
