Where is your letter written?

Sincerity is written on the cover of the letter, mostly after the recipient's name. It is an honorific or modest word used at the end of a letter in ancient times to show respect for the recipient. It is more common in Japanese now. Sincerity means respect, courtesy and politeness.

Usage:

Dear XXX:

..... (Text)

XXX (writer)

Your respect/sincerity

Extended data:

Letter format:

(1) address: top case, and some can also add some qualifiers and modifiers.

(2) Greetings: If you write "Hello" and "How are you recently", you can pick up the text.

(3) Text: This is the main body of the letter and can be written in several paragraphs.

The title and capitalization in the second half of the greeting are a kind of respect for the recipient. It is a continuation of the tradition of "looking up" in ancient letters. Ancient letters were written vertically, including the name or address of the other party. In order to show respect, no matter where you write it, you should mention the other person's name or address to the next line. Its basic practice has been absorbed by modern letters.
