The pickling method of dried radish is as follows:

Wash the white radish, cut it into strips, put it in a pot, add salt, marinate the radish, squeeze out the dried radish, and spread it out to dry for about 2 days. After air drying, add pepper powder, allspice powder and Chili powder, add white sugar, mix well, add white sesame seeds and white wine, knead well with a little chicken essence, and finally add chopped green onion and dried radish.

Pickling method of dried radish:

1. Wash the prepared white radish and cut it into strips about 5 cm.

2. After cutting all the pieces, put them in a large pot, start to smear salt, marinate the radish out of the water, and then soften it.

3. Then squeeze the dried radish, spread it out and dry it in a ventilated place for about 2 days.

4. After drying, add pepper powder, spiced powder and Chili powder, and finally add 1 tablespoon sugar and mix well.

5. Pour a small amount of soy sauce essence, then add roasted white sesame seeds and a little white wine to knead, and add a little chicken essence to knead evenly.

6. Finally, put the chopped green onion into the oil pan, add the dried radish and continue to knead. After kneading evenly, put it in a fresh-keeping box, seal and refrigerate overnight, and eat it the next day.

Tips:

Don't use too much salt when making pickled radish. Too much salt is also bad for people's health.

Generally speaking, dried radish should be dried in a cool place, which may take longer if it is winter.
