What are the eight famous dishes?

The eight major cuisines are Anhui cuisine, Hunan cuisine, Fujian cuisine, Zhejiang cuisine, Huaiyang cuisine, Shandong cuisine, Sichuan cuisine and Cantonese cuisine.

1, Anhui cuisine:
