Baihou pancakes have a history of more than 200 years in Tai Po Baihou and other places, as a traditional food. The process of making Baihou pancakes is divided into two parts:

One, making the pancake crust

After the main ingredients are cut and matched, use the right amount of cooking oil in a wok, add garlic and stir-fry the ingredients in a wok with special fish sauce from Chaoshan, and then braise the ingredients together in a wok until they are cooked through and then wrap them into a stack of two to three pie crusts, tie them together, apply hot sauce on the outside, sprinkle pepper on them, and then put them into a plate to serve to the customers while they are still hot.

The Baihou pancake has tough skin and fragrant filling, soft and smooth texture, beautiful taste and not greasy, unique flavor.
