Home-cooked mutton kebab

Ingredients: 300g mutton, a little ginger and onion, one spoonful of cooking wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of salt, one spoonful of pepper, two spoonfuls of barbecue material, one spoonful of starch and one egg.

Steps:

1. Wash onion and dice it. A spoonful of cooking wine? Two scoops of soy sauce? A spoonful of salt? A spoonful of pepper? Shredded ginger and onion? A spoonful of barbecue material? A spoonful of starch, beat in an egg, fully grasp and marinate.

2. Brush the pan with a layer of oil, evenly add the diced mutton, fry over low heat until the surface is slightly yellow, turn over and fry the other side, sprinkle with barbecue material, and let the mutton be fully wrapped. Just string up the branded ones at home and have a large piece of mutton skewers with full flavor.
