There are different opinions on the classification of festival tourism, and it is customary to classify it according to the content and theme of festivals.

1. According to the content of the festival.

(1) Traditional festivals mainly focus on traditional folk activities, such as Mid-Autumn Festival, Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, various religious festivals and celebrations.

(2) Performing arts, such as music festivals, art festivals, dance festivals, drama festivals and various general cultural activities festivals;

2. According to the theme of the festival.

(3) Agriculture mainly refers to various festivals related to agricultural ecology.
