Moxibustion with moxa sticks (hanging moxibustion), Taiyi Shenzhen, Shenzhen, Lei Huo.
(1) Moxibustion with moxa sticks: 24 grams of pure and soft moxa sticks are laid flat on a fine straw paper with a length of 26 cm and a width of 20 cm, and rolled into a diameter of 1. 5 cm, it is required to be rolled tightly, wrapped with soft, loose and tough mulberry paper, and sealed with glue or paste. And 6 grams of fine powder of cinnamon, dried ginger, clove, angelica pubescens, asarum, angelica dahurica and realgar infiltrated into each moxa stick to form a medicine stick. Moxibustion can be divided into mild moxibustion and bird pecking moxibustion.
(2) Mild moxibustion: During moxibustion, one end of the moxa stick is lit, aiming at the point to be moxibustion or the affected part, about 1.5-3 cm away from the skin, and then smoked. Figure 150. It is advisable to smoke and bake to make patients feel warm locally without burning pain. Generally, each part is moxibustion for 5-7 minutes until the skin is red. For patients with fainting and local insensitivity, the doctor can separate the middle finger and the index finger and put them on both sides of the moxibustion site, so that the local heating degree of the patient can be measured by the feeling of the doctor's fingers, so as to adjust the moxibustion distance at any time and prevent burns.
(3) Bird-pecking moxibustion: During moxibustion, the lighting end of the moxa stick is not fixed at a certain distance from the skin of the moxibustion site, but moxibustion is performed up and down like bird pecking. In addition, you can move up and down or left and right evenly or apply moxibustion repeatedly.
(4) Rotating moxibustion: The distance from the skin is about 1.5-3 cm, and the moxa stick rotates clockwise or counterclockwise on the skin.
Warm acupuncture
The method of combining acupuncture and moxibustion. Also known as needle handle moxibustion. That is, in the process of needle retention, moxa is wound around the needle handle and ignited, and the heat is conducted to the acupoints through the needle body. Every time the jujube pit is burned, it is 1-3. This method has the functions of warming meridians, dredging collaterals, activating qi and promoting blood circulation. It is suitable for syndromes of wind-cold-dampness, meridian obstruction, such as joint pain and skin numbness.
Direct contact moxibustion
Direct moxibustion-purulent moxibustion and non-purulent moxibustion. Moxibustion is to put moxa cones of appropriate size directly on the skin. If moxibustion needs to burn and fester the skin and leave scars after healing, it is called scar moxibustion. If you don't burn purulent skin and leave no scars, it's called seamless moxibustion.

Electronic moxibustion is based on the principle of traditional moxibustion in China, combined with modern supercritical extraction, microelectronics, magnetic therapy, far infrared physiotherapy and other technologies. Electronic moxibustion has realized the functions of intelligent operation, temperature control, smoke-free and fire-free, directional introduction, transdermal absorption, multi-point moxibustion and so on. It has all the functions of traditional moxibustion and moxa stick moxibustion, and can implement a series of moxibustion methods such as direct moxibustion, indirect moxibustion and warm acupuncture.
