What's the difference between a sergeant's costume and an officer's costume?

1, different hats
The officer's hat has brim flowers, and the hat band is woven with gold (general) or green (army), white (navy) and blue (air force), while the sergeant's hat has no brim flowers and the hat band is black belt.
