Official website, the website of Shuangpai County People's Government, shows that Article 74 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Safety of Special Equipment mentions that diving equipment belongs to the production of special equipment. Anyone who engages in the production of special equipment without permission shall be ordered to stop production, the illegally manufactured special equipment shall be confiscated, and a fine of not less than 100,000 yuan but not more than 500,000 yuan shall be imposed. If there is illegal income, the illegal income shall be confiscated, and if installation, renovation and maintenance have been implemented, it shall be ordered to make restitution or make corrections within a time limit.
