Yanchi is known as the hometown of Tan sheep, with unique climatic and hydrological conditions. Tan sheep here have unique taste and high nutritional value. In the streets and alleys of Yanchi, there are restaurants that eat tan sheep everywhere, some by hand, some by barbecue ... among them, I was the first to grab it by hand, retaining the original flavor of mutton without too much cooking. The entrance melted at once, except that we are used to eating cold meat here, which makes the newly arrived tourists uncomfortable.
We walked along the Yellow River and went to Shizuishan first. I was deeply impressed by two kinds of delicious food in Shizuishan. The first is the cold rice noodles in Dawukou, where many cold rice noodle shops are combined with mala Tang shops. Cold noodles are actually one of the foods that everyone is very familiar with. I have eaten cold rice noodles from many places, including Hanzhong in Shaanxi and Bayannaoer in Inner Mongolia, and Dawukou is no exception. All the way to Yinchuan, I found beef and mutton steamed buns in Yinchuan, which was very pleasant surprise. I thought it was authentic food in Shaanxi, but it gave me a brand-new feeling when I arrived in Yinchuan. The shape of steamed stuffed bun is slightly different from Xi 'an's, and the soup is clearer, with a lot of seasoning missing. It tastes very unique. I'm used to eating steamed buns in Xi 'an, so it's a brand-new experience to taste them in Yinchuan.
I first saw this name in Yinchuan. Maybe there is no such food outside Ningxia. It is a good choice to eat plywood, tofu, vermicelli, gluten, spinach and meatballs with clear soup for breakfast.
The so-called playing in Ningxia, eating in Wuzhong, and arriving in Wuzhong, we must first taste the most distinctive Wuzhong morning tea.
The core of Wuzhong morning tea is the pot of Babao tea. Eight-treasure tea is based on tea, with rock sugar, roses, medlar, red dates, walnuts, longan, sesame seeds, raisins and apple slices. It tastes sweet and delicious and has a unique taste. In Wuzhong, Babao tea has achieved the ultimate.
Wuzhong morning tea gradually formed a unique culture. Lamian Noodles, side dishes, braised hot beef and all kinds of pies can be eaten from morning till night.
Although mutton offal can be seen everywhere, it is very famous in Wuzhong, with unique taste and rich materials. Even the female boss of a shop in Wuzhong is also known as "the beauty of miscellaneous sheep", which is famous all over the country. Mutton offal contains a variety of nutrients and is deeply loved by people all over the world. Zanzi, also known as eating Zanzi, is also a special snack in Wuzhong, crisp and exquisite.
