I. Main responsibilities of Fangcheng County Education and Sports Bureau

(a) to implement the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state on education and sports; Draw up the county education and sports development plan, and be responsible for organizing the implementation; Responsible for theoretical research and publicity of education and physical education.

(two) to guide the national fitness plan, guide the development of mass sports activities, implement the national physical exercise standards, and carry out national physical fitness monitoring; Guide the construction of public sports facilities and be responsible for the supervision and management of public sports facilities.

(three) the overall management of the county's basic education, vocational education, adult education, special education, preschool education and ethnic education; Plan and manage private education and other educational work in the county within the scope of authorization.

(four) the organization of the county comprehensive sports meeting, overall planning of the county youth sports development, guidance and promotion of youth sports work.

(five) responsible for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and promoting educational equity, and responsible for the guidance and coordination of compulsory education; Guide general high school education, preschool education and special education.

(six) responsible for the management of teachers in the county. To study and put forward suggestions on the establishment of primary and secondary school teachers in the county; To undertake the responsibilities of qualification identification, job evaluation, training and assessment management of primary and secondary school teachers;

Cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in the recruitment, deployment and exchange of teachers; Centralized management of the selection, appointment, training, assessment, exchange and deployment of leading cadres in primary and secondary schools.

(seven) responsible for the overall management of the county education system funds; Coordinate relevant departments to implement the guarantee mechanism of education and sports funds; To formulate plans and programs for financing, allocating and investing in education and sports infrastructure;

Supervise the use of funds; According to the relevant provisions of the management of domestic and foreign aid and loans to the county education system; Responsible for the planning and management of school construction at all levels.
