Because the old members are busy with graduate school, the new members have not been added in time, the electro-acoustic band is temporarily in a state of abandonment. Ceremonial team, the campus currently has 8 members of the ceremonial team, of which only 2 are grade 09, 6 are grade 10. However, in terms of last semester's work, students of grade 09 are busy with their own professions and are not willing to participate in school work; only two members of grade 10 are more active in their work, and they are all majoring in logistics. The work of the ceremonial team is difficult to deploy. Students are not motivated to work, which is a big obstacle to the development of the etiquette team.

On these issues I talk about my own suggestions and the next semester's program arrangements.

On the whole, I think there is still a long way to go for the development of the art troupe. What is the purpose of the existence of our school district art troupe? As of now, the school district art troupe exists for the campus stage. Objectively speaking, there is nothing wrong with this, but the activities in our school district make me feel that the whole thing is passive, and it is the strong guidance of the school teachers, which makes me feel that it is very utilitarian, and that we are doing it for the sake of doing activities (performances). The reason why I feel this way is because every performance is a task given by the school, and then we do our best to fulfill this task, including dance, chorus, folk music, and even etiquette (this does not include the electro-acoustic band of that year). As it stands, no one seems to be taking these arts as a required course in their lives, but rather they are just getting the job done. It's not a very healthy college life.

I think it's right to have a teacher at the university to guide students to a healthy and elegant artistic path, but the university can't be full of teachers. The first thing I'd like to say is that I don't think it's a good idea to have a teacher who can guide you on your way to a healthy and elegant art career. Like 10 years of Midsummer Night's Concert, that is the real university campus activities, I think that is a qualified and meaningful activities. With a group of music-loving students, a supportive secretary and teachers, and student leaders working behind the scenes, I think that event was meaningful and a milestone for the university. However, after shining just once, they disappeared because of the echelon problem, they contributed to the campus culture, but did not play a role in promoting and developing it. I think this is their responsibility as well as the school's. Their responsibility is not to build their own echelon, but just indulge in their own small world; the school's responsibility is not to promote this spirit, of course, the school's responsibility is also the responsibility of our student leaders, we did not have such a high understanding, and from the beginning to ignore this point.

From the management system, because this semester our art group is not large, only seven parts, there are things we are discussing together, **** with the decision. So in this semester, the three deputy groups did not play a big role, we also do not have a fixed system of regular meetings, which is of course related to my working methods, but also debatable. In the coming semester, with the gradual growth of the Art Troupe, the management will be gradually strengthened, and the regular meeting system will be perfected. The current plan is to divide the troupe into the following sections: voice, instrumental music, dance, and service. Voice is the choir and Yuyu drama club; instrumental music, including folk music and acoustic; dance, including ethnic (Zhuo Ma), modern (Ding Jianguang), GB (Gu Fenghua), street dance (Wang Lizheng); service, including the secretariat, etiquette, make-up. For the issue of etiquette team, I suggest that the school district to issue a document, in each college to set up a etiquette detachment, each college has elected two to three people, stay in this college activities to use, the original members of the art troupe for the school district level activities services.

From the spirit of guidance, I decided to use "people-oriented" as the spirit of our art group guidance. I remember Mr. Sun told us in the summer of my freshman year (during the performance at the border checkpoint) (specifically to those few social street dancers) that only the art of people who can behave and have a noble character will last.
