Tattoo taboo: don't drink alcohol, eat spicy, seafood, mutton and other foods for a week, and don't do strenuous exercise with excessive sweating.

Itching and molting are normal after tattooing. Remember not to scratch with your hands. For large-area tattoos such as full back and wrapped arms, take anti-inflammatory drugs according to personal conditions.

After tattooing for 3-6 hours, remove the plastic wrap, rinse it with clear water (do not take a long bath or sauna), dry it, and apply a thin layer of repair cream.

It is best to apply the repair cream about three times a day in the first two days, and be sure to rinse it with water before each application (the repair cream used at home does not need plastic wrap).
