Take spicy dried tofu as an example, the method is as follows:

Ingredients: 1 piece of Beidoufu.

Accessories: ginger 1 small pieces; Onion 1 segment; 3 cloves of garlic; 3 millet pepper; 2 teaspoons of chopped pepper; A little soy sauce; Salt1g; A little oyster sauce.

2. Cut diagonally into triangles, as shown in the figure below.

3. Cut a large triangle with a thickness of about 1 cm, as shown in the figure below.
