In order to ensure the effective implementation and teaching quality of sinology education projects, promote the standardization of sinology education and standardize the professional qualifications of sinology education, certificates are required. Conduct systematic and scientific training for volunteers, educators and young pioneers counselors engaged in Chinese studies education. The specific organization work is organized and implemented by the China National Studies Education Engineering Office in conjunction with the training bases set up by universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua, People's Congress and Beijing Normal University.

According to the specific scheme of "Overall Plan of China's Sinology Education Project", the qualification certification training of sinology trainers is divided into 1 level to 6 levels from low to high; Those who take part in the certification training of Chinese studies education level at each level will be formally awarded the corresponding level qualification certificate to the Chinese studies trainer only after passing a course trial evaluation.
