How to understand the influence of geographical environment on China traditional culture

For example, socialism is originally a western trend of thought. Building socialism with China characteristics in China means building socialism in a way acceptable to the people of China. We used to learn western socialism mechanically. Practice has proved that because it is divorced from the reality of China, it has little effect and cannot be popularized.

Of course, we need to treat traditional culture dialectically. Not everything is good, everything has modern value and essence, but there are also many feudal dross, such as power worship, personality worship, feudal hierarchy, absolutism, personal superstition, feudal paternalism, closed door, trampling on knowledge and human rights, cronyism, bookishness, official standard, imperial power thought and dependent personality. These things are feudal and backward, and have many negative effects on our society today, which requires us to judge, discriminate and criticize. However, it was very wrong to doubt, deny and criticize traditional culture in the past.
