Hu Yumei's Development Course
Due to the outbreak of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression in 1937, "Hu Yumei" also suffered a fatal blow, and soon turned from its peak to decline and even went bankrupt.
After the founding of New China, "Hu Yumei" was thoroughly remoulded, especially "Hu Yumei" rehabilitated by 1954, actively responded to the call of the party and the government, and took the lead in implementing public-private partnership in the city, completely liberating the productive forces and reviving "Hu Yumei".
1982 in April, according to the instructions of the municipal government to vigorously develop local traditional industries, Hu Yumei Maotai-flavor brewing was moved from the urban area to Huangtukeng in the north of the city to build a new Huyumei winery. After more than 20 years of development, Hu Yumeiren has been adhering to the previous business purpose of "integrity first, quality first", and the company has grown stronger year by year. At present, the company is the director of China Food Association and the executive director of China Condiment Association. It has successively won the honorary titles of the best quality enterprise in Anhui Province, the national excellent food industry enterprise, the national designated production enterprise of tourist commodities, and the top 20 famous condiment brand enterprises in China, passed the ISO900 1:2000 international quality system certification, and has the right to import and export by itself. Hu Yumei Zhenfeng Ancient Pagoda Trademark was awarded as a famous trademark in Anhui Province.
main products
Broad bean Chili sauce, soy sauce, Chili sauce with spicy oil, compound sauce, kimchi, raw flour, etc. The annual comprehensive output exceeds 1 10,000 tons.
Since 1995, Hu Yumei broad bean hot sauce has been rated as an inspection-free product in Anhui Province, a provincial famous brand product and a national famous brand product in the food industry, and was recognized as a local product by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in 2002. At the same time, relying on scientific and technological progress, a number of functional and nutritious condiments such as seafood sauce, beef sauce, shrimp sauce, braised soy sauce and brilliant red soy sauce have been developed and sold well in more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Some products have been supplied to more than 200 foreign embassies (institutions) all the year round, and also exported to the United States, South Korea, Malaysia, Spain, Hong Kong, Australia and other countries and regions in batches, which has become a wonderful flower in China's sauce-flavored products.
