The practice of Junzhiwuren moon cake

Look at the raw materials first:

Ingredients: wheat flour and glutinous rice flour.

Accessories: milk powder (multi-dimensional milk powder), walnuts (dried), sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame powder, wax gourd candy, tomatoes (whole, canned), water, eggs (white skin) and alkali.

Seasoning: syrup, corn oil, white wine, white sugar and rose sugar.

① Five-kernel stuffing ingredients: walnut kernel 40g, spiced sunflower kernel 60g, pumpkin kernel 40g, white sesame seed 40g, black sesame seed 40g, sugar wax gourd 40g, preserved wax gourd 20g, sugar 80g, water 80g, white wine 10g, rose sugar 10g, corn oil 30ml and cooked glutinous rice flour 650. Roast all the dried nuts in advance, put the sunflower seeds in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Chop walnuts and pumpkin seeds with a knife for later use.

③ Put all walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, candied wax gourd and preserved fruit into a large bowl and mix well.
