What is the difference between information and traditional information in the information age?

In the information age, the existence form of information is different from the previous information form, it exists in the form of sound, light, electricity, magnetism, code and so on, which makes it "easy to transfer", that is, it is easy to be modified, stolen or illegally disseminated and used, coupled with the increasingly wide application of information technology, information technology products have brought about a variety of social effects that people have never expected. In addition, the application of information technology is becoming more and more widespread, and the various social effects brought about by information technology products are also unforeseen. In the information society, the direct interaction between people is greatly reduced, and replaced by a new type of indirect, non-face-to-face, non-direct contact interaction. Such interactions are diverse, and the behavior of information-related people is difficult to constrain with traditional ethical norms.

Traditional media is relative to the rise of network media in recent years, the traditional means of mass communication, that is, through some kind of mechanical device to the public on a regular basis to disseminate information or to provide a platform for edutainment media, mainly including newspapers and magazines, outdoor, communications, radio, television outside of the network and other media in the traditional sense of the word.

Traditional media are mainly sound, images, including television, radio, etc., time and space limitations, while multimedia is a set of sound, graphics, animation and so on, and more importantly, to a certain extent, to solve the time and space limitations. But multimedia does not replace traditional media.
