Limitation of action of Shanghai after-sale public housing 94 plan

Shanghai 94 plan stipulates that only one person can buy public houses, which lays a hidden danger for the ownership of houses involved in the case in the future. Later, Shanghai issued a series of documents, which stipulated the ownership of property rights and the limitation of action. At present, the general view is that as of 20 14, this kind of dispute has exceeded the maximum limitation of action of 20 years.
