Yue Chuan Tai Chi Zhuan inherited Mr. Dong Yingjie's martial arts, including heavy boxing, which does not talk about softness, only about relaxation and strength, but uses "relaxation" to generate great strength, which is called "extremely soft and then extremely firm". Teacher Dong once said, "Our fists are the strongest and fastest."
On this basis, we use the 24-hour piling technique to build a tripod to make a fire (refine qi), use Yang Taj to spread the eight meridians of the strange classics (refine qi), and use Li Chuan (martial arts) and Tai Chi to spread the concept of practicing qi into the middle meridian (refine qi to deficiency). Among them, the cultivation of eight strange meridians can be used as the internal strength of Wushu.
About the third year of practicing Tai Chi, Mr. Tao Le said to me: You can't fight, people are not strong, and if you fight, you will die. So I know that my punching machine has made some progress. Although there are martial arts contents, people who practice music and preach Tai Chi should not think that they are practicing martial arts. Because we start with culture, the goal is also culture, but the middle process is martial arts content, and we don't have to take the road of martial arts. Self-cultivation is helpful to self-cultivation.
By 2003, I felt that I had enough understanding of the "responsibility" of Zen. In order to test it, I found the opportunity to play two games with the newly retired athletes in the system, which was deeply touched. First, Ren Zhen's can be used for fighting; Second, I can't decide for myself. I can only make a decision in that state in an instant, and I will make up my mind immediately because of anger and anger; Third, physical fitness and fighting skills are very important. I think uncertainty is the biggest problem. In this game, I was happy because the role of "Bao Ren" was clear, and I lost "Ren" because I was happy, so I had to fight with the other side. After that, it took 15 years, and basically reached the state of "no heart to win or lose, no heart to hope" (Diamond Sutra formula).
By 20 17, martial arts cultivation was resumed, with the focus on the eight strange meridians; By the middle of 20 18, I realized that I can have extraordinary strength and reaction speed as long as I "stick my back", but I need to rest for 3 days after 5 minutes; By 20 19, I had successfully cultivated the "switch" of my body and mind. I started to lay the foundation in July of that year, which lasted more than 450 days. In September 2020, at a gathering of boxing friends, I kept "sticking my back" for 20 minutes, and I still felt very comfortable, but I was able to eat meat later. At this point, my internal cultivation is preliminary.
On June 5438+065438+ 10, 2020, I met my old friend Yu Hongkun and chatted with Lao Yu about her internal strength. Lao Yu suggested that I go to the fighting world. So from February 12, I found a gym and started boxing physical training. By March 200213, I will probably have three rounds of physical fitness. In April, I went to the fight hall to participate in formal boxing training and began to learn fighting skills from the coach.
I found a phenomenon in physical exercise. If I do some turn-back running, tire turning, rope shaking and other projects, my grades are worse than usual, but as long as I punch at the target, hit the sandbag or move back and forth, I won't be tired immediately and my physical performance is excellent. I think this should be the performance of the strange meridian after the eight veins are unobstructed, similar to the special constitution.
My current physical condition is: 2 hours of actual combat class, very excited after playing 8 games with my teammates, feeling tired after playing 2-3 games; Play with the coach to teach actual combat, and the physical strength will not fall for 3 minutes; Punch the sandbag with all your strength, and your physical strength will not fall for 30 seconds. I was born in 1966, and I will be 56 years old in March this year.
After this year's boxing training, I feel deeply and understand a lot.
We have half of the punches, and we have all the basic punches, but we can't hit anyone until we learn from the coach. The coach changed several rounds for me according to the actual situation, and now it can be used. My fist is the heaviest in the amateur and even the professional team. Of course, I also weigh 95 kilograms.
According to my experience, there is no particularly efficient boxing training technique. Modern fighting mostly increases the weight of boxing through strength training. I have no advantage in absolute strength, but my boxing is very heavy, so now I think the heavy boxing of Le Chuan Tai Chi still has considerable advantages.
Fighting skills, including boxing timing, footwork, sense of distance, block method, dodge method training and many other contents, are directly "engraved" by the coach into the subconscious of the students with a whole set of training, and it is difficult to write everything out. None of these music spreads Tai Chi, and now I have found some.
The timing of punching and defensive awareness can only be gradually mastered in actual combat after the fighting skills reach a certain level. Don't practice fighting, just practice body movements, and never fight.
Let me say a few more words about Tai Chi Chuan.
Personally, I think that since Yang Luchan was the founder, Taiji Chuan has always been able to beat people to improve themselves. After the achievement of internal skill, physical fitness, boxing weight and fighting ability have been greatly improved, which is the advantage of Neijia boxing. According to legend, Mr Hou Jian was so tired from boxing that he had to jump into the well. This is Tai Ji Chuan's initial training state, and it is not the completely soft training method popularized by Cheng. Soft boxing frame is very useful for fitness, but it has no martial arts content and loses Taoist practice. Only when the skill is complete, and the boxing frame that runs the strange meridians and eight veins is a complete boxing frame, can the internal skills be cultivated. Tai Chi can't spread the land!
