Xianju Eight Bowl's introduction
Xianju Eight Bowl is a traditional dish to entertain guests and friends of Han nationality in Xianju, Zhejiang. It has a long history, authentic materials, exquisite production, rigorous arrangement, wide application and far-reaching cultural origins. It is a classic of the traditional diet culture of Xianju Han nationality. Eight bowls are divided into four bowls and four bowls. The first four bowls are: Caihe lotus seeds (or white lentils), Xiangzi sea cucumber (or meat ginseng), iron-to-meat, and bell-to-meat. The next four bowls are: Dong Bin Big Fish, Xiangu Pig Skin Bubble, Guojiu Bubble Fish and Lao Guo Tofu.
