Early Childhood Teachers Reading Notes, Preschool Curriculum and Happy Childhood

Childhood is the best years of a person's growth process, perhaps when he grows up, he will not remember the things that happened in childhood, even just one of them may not remember, but the childhood life, growth experience will affect his future cognition, emotion, way of thinking. In the modern era of a high load of information, have a happy childhood is the children's desire, is the parents, society should give, is a qualified teacher should cooperate.

After reading Mr. Yu's "Pre-school Curriculum and Happy Childhood" and combining it with the practice of working in the past few months, I mainly have the following ideas:

First, about the kindergarten's performance area

A scholar said that the childhood of young children is the rehearsal of the life of adults. I don't agree with this statement, but I think that young children need to perform to feel, cognize and understand the society that he is still not familiar with as well as a variety of behavioral norms and guidelines. Therefore, kindergartens need to create opportunities and conditions for children to perform. My kindergarten emphasizes performance, and in the process, I have thought about this question: how to integrate performance into the activities of small classes effectively? Small children are still young, and the development of language, movement and expression is still in the initial stage, so I think that the performance of children at this stage is more of an emotional investment. Among them, performances can be divided into two main categories: one is to perform according to the materials provided by the teacher. Teachers can prepare sufficient performance materials and a good script for children to feel, so that they can incorporate their true feelings into it. In this type of performance, the choice of roles should respect the independent choice of the children and can be switched and changed as the activity progresses. Whether a script is good or not, the performance of the children should be observed. For example, one of the scripts in our class had not been performed for about a month, and one of the children asked me, "Teacher, why don't we perform XXX? It's been a long time since we performed it." I asked, "Do you still want to perform that?" The toddler nodded vigorously and said, "Uh-huh!" So, I think a classic script should make most toddlers want to perform it.

Second, about the curriculum design

The book says, "On the basis of observation and understanding of young children, designing a curriculum that meets the reality of the classroom and kindergarten should be the basic direction of future curriculum development." Therefore, the curriculum is "living" and adapted to the local conditions. In addition, I believe that the key to curriculum design is to pay attention to children's feedback. The basic scope of a good curriculum design should be one that young children love and enjoy participating in. However, effective feedback and ineffective feedback are what teachers should think about in curriculum design. As a new teacher, there is still much to think about in this session.

Third, on the knowledge of kindergarten teachers

Ms. Yu believes that the knowledge of kindergarten teachers is broad, but not superficial. The kindergarten curriculum covers many areas, music, art, sports, language, math, nature, science and technology, society, health and other aspects of the necessary knowledge for kindergarten teachers, but this does not mean that the knowledge of kindergarten teachers is shallow. For kindergarten teachers, it is necessary to look y into these contents in order to simplify profound knowledge and make complicated language clear. When I first joined the kindergarten, I was often "stuck" when communicating with the children, and I didn't know how to express myself when I was talking to the children, and how to express myself in such a way as to make the children understand what I was thinking. These seemingly "shallow" language is actually the need for teachers to think, hammering.

The main body of the preschool program is the children, and focusing on the children is the most important part of the preschool program. The preschool program should be integrated into children's lives in a playful way, so that children can feel happy in it. However, it does not mean that children should be left alone, any activity should have a corresponding routine to be observed by the children, only in this way can the children participate in the activities better. Moreover, all kindergarten activities need the support and cooperation of parents and society. Only the mutual cooperation and support of the three can give children a happy childhood.
