According to the notification requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission, our town attaches great importance to it, and quickly implements special personnel to go deep into relevant enterprises in time to conduct in-depth research on the "integration of industrialization and industrialization" of our town. The focus is on the informatization construction of 6 billion yuan enterprises, the integration of production automation and management, the informatization promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction, the automatic monitoring system for production process safety, and the application of e-commerce. The report reads as follows:

First, investigate the basic situation.

(A) enterprises pay insufficient attention to the "integration of industrialization and modernization".

From the perspective of information construction, five of the six enterprises surveyed have no written information planning and budget, but they are equipped with computer operators in the administrative and financial departments. In terms of information technology investment, two companies have invested a certain amount of money in information technology research and development. A few enterprises are not very clear about the concept of informatization, and think that enterprises have a certain number of computers, realize computer access, and carry out simple word processing and financial management is informatization. There are two enterprises with related information construction plans. All enterprises have not set up a special information management department.

(2) Lack of information management talents.

The computer penetration rate of the surveyed enterprises is high, but the R&D personnel of enterprise information management are scarce, and only 50% of enterprises are equipped with information technology R&D personnel. However, according to the survey, not all R&D personnel are professional or full-time R&D personnel, and some of them are only part-time R&D personnel or those engaged in computer-related work. The proportion of enterprise information professionals is not high, and quite a few enterprises have no computer professionals.

There is a serious shortage of highly educated and high-level talents.

(3) The network utilization rate is not high.

According to the survey of more than 30 enterprises, the computer access rate is high, three enterprises have established intranet, and the rest are not included in the plan, but only connected to broadband internet. Five enterprises have established their own portals, which are mainly used for enterprise marketing service system and enterprise mail service system. Most enterprises have their own business marketing systems or websites, and the amount of online transactions is small, which needs to be improved.

(D) The application of enterprise informatization is low.

Among the enterprises surveyed, most enterprises attach importance to the fields of information construction such as market and marketing, and only a few enterprises attach importance to production and research and development. The most widely used field is financial management, which shows that after years of promotion of financial software, the use of financial software has penetrated into the financial management of most enterprises. In addition, the usage rate of office software and invoicing software is also high. Unfortunately, the proportion of enterprises using manufacturing software is relatively small, and there are few R&D process systems. Only a few mechanical enterprises use design software to design products.

Second, the existing problems

First, the industrial enterprises in our town have a weak foundation of "integration of industrialization and modernization". Because most of the industrial enterprises in our town are traditional industries, most of them are in the primitive accumulation stage, and there is a shortage of funds and less investment in information construction. Second, the policy environment for promoting the integration of industrialization and modernization is not perfect. After the establishment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the reform of local institutions progressed slowly, and there was a lack of information sharing between different departments, especially the lack of coordinated development between the competent departments of industrial economy and information industrialization, and local governments failed to promote the "two modernizations."

Integrated system policy. Third, there is a lack of compound talents to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization. From the enterprise survey, there are very few employees with senior or intermediate titles. With the rapid development of Xunyang's industrial economy and the constant presence of new enterprises, it is more necessary to cooperate with compound talents who know both technology and management to realize the integration of regional industries.

Third, some suggestions on the construction of "industrialization and integration" of small and medium-sized enterprises

(A) efforts to improve the "integration" awareness of SMEs. Publicize the importance of informatization through internet, television, newspapers and other channels, and organize enterprises to go out to visit and learn the experience of advanced enterprises in the integration of industrialization and modernization; Establish a training mechanism of "integration of industrialization and information technology", and relevant government departments hold 1-2 special trainings of "integration of industrialization and information technology" every year to provide professional training for enterprise leaders and information management personnel, so as to raise enterprises' awareness of the importance of "integration of industrialization and information technology" and arouse their enthusiasm for "integration of industrialization and information technology".

(2) Establish and improve the information coordination and promotion mechanism. Effectively strengthen leadership, put information construction on an important agenda, set up working groups, and implement target responsibilities. First, the development status of enterprise integration in our city

Among the 33 enterprises in this survey, private enterprises and private enterprises account for a relatively high proportion, about 70%; Among them, manufacturing enterprises account for about 31%; The scale of enterprise economy is mainly concentrated in1.200 million-1 100 million; Medium-sized enterprises account for a relatively high proportion, and the number of enterprises is concentrated around 100- 1000.

Research shows that 89% of enterprises have used computers and used computer technology for information processing and auxiliary management. Enterprise network coverage rate reached 78.8%; The bandwidth of internal backbone network is mainly concentrated in10m-20m; Many large and medium-sized enterprises have quite a lot of information technology equipment, and have also cultivated and reserved some information talents of their own. Well, many enterprises took information construction into consideration when they were established. These enterprises have obvious advantages over traditional enterprises in informatization level and informatization application effect.

(D) There are differences in the level and popularity of informatization. Generally speaking, enterprises with high technical content, high management level, high attention and sufficient funds have a relatively high degree of informationization and popularization. In the survey, 72% of enterprises have departments responsible for information construction and operation, but some enterprises lack innovation consciousness.

Two, the successful experience of enterprise integration and development in our city

In this survey, I visited the production line of the enterprise, learned about the successful experience and existing problems of the enterprise in the integration of industrialization and informatization, and sorted out the survey situation respectively. The successful experiences are summarized as follows:

(1) High-level concern. The integration of industrialization and informatization needs the leadership of the government and the promotion of enterprises. More importantly, the top management of the enterprise should realize the promotion of informatization construction to the long-term and business work of the company and put it into practice.

(2) adjust measures to local conditions. Informatization construction is a step-by-step process, which must conform to the actual situation of enterprises and be implemented according to their business needs and processes, and cannot be copied.

(3) Upgrade in time. After the informatization project is implemented, it is necessary to continuously promote the implementation of the project and carry out system revision and upgrade to ensure that all functions meet the needs of enterprises.

(4) Team consciousness. In the process of informatization, enterprises not only need

To attract high-level attention, we need an information team with excellent skills. Team members have a clear division of labor, perform their duties, discuss with each other, and jointly promote enterprise information construction.

(5) Enjoy resources. Enterprises have adopted information technology in production, sales, management and other aspects. Speaking with data, information can be transmitted and shared, and real-time communication is convenient and fast, which improves efficiency, realizes the resource sharing of the whole enterprise, saves a lot of money for the enterprise in terms of cost and external sales, and makes the enterprise really taste the sweetness of the integration of industrialization and modernization.

Three, the problems existing in the integration and development of enterprises in our city

In the process of investigation, through the comparison and communication between counties and enterprises, it is found that the informatization level of some enterprises is at a standstill, and there is a lack of direction and persistence in the process of industrialization and informatization integration. In order to solve these problems, we sorted out the problems found in this survey, mainly as follows:

(A) enterprises pay insufficient attention to the integration of the two industries and lack planning. Judging from the integration of industrialization and modernization in our city, 90% of the 33 enterprises surveyed have adopted information technology for production and management, but most of them have only applied information systems in financial departments and administrative departments. A few enterprises are not very clear about the concept of the integration of industrialization and modernization. They think that enterprises have computers and access to the Internet, which means informationization. Enterprises lack long-term planning for the integration of industrialization and modernization, and informatization construction is a headache, and enterprise leaders lack understanding and support for informatization.

(2) The combination of enterprise industrialization and modernization should be completed by specialized personnel. According to the survey, 92% of enterprises have information workers, but information workers have both roles.

The situation of several positions, and the proportion of enterprise informatization professionals is not high, a considerable number of enterprises have no computer professionals, and there is a serious shortage of highly educated and high-level talents, which leads to the lag of informatization development and only stays at the level of completing the work, lacking special research and innovation. Therefore, it is suggested that enterprises should set up an information department, and professionals should be responsible for the information work, so as to increase the promotion of enterprise integration.

(C) the application of enterprise information is low, and the network marketing ability is weak. According to the survey of 33 enterprises, 85% of them have their own websites or business marketing systems, but the websites are not updated in time, and the online trade volume of enterprises is small, which still needs to be improved. Office automation software, resource management system and financial software account for a high proportion, reaching about 75%. However, the proportion of enterprises using manufacturing software and product innovative design software is low, about 30%. Although many enterprises have applied some information systems, due to various reasons, they have not received great results, thus restricting the enthusiasm of enterprises to promote industrialization and information integration.
