Quanzhou specialty one: Dehua ceramics
Dehua ceramics is one of the traditional firing techniques of Dehua porcelain in Quanzhou, Fujian. It has a very long history, which began in the Neolithic Age, flourished in the Tang and Song Dynasties and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Dehua enjoys superior climatic conditions, moderate temperature and cooling, four distinct seasons, abundant rainfall, the same season of rain and heat, wet and foggy, and slightly less sunshine, which is very suitable for firing ceramics. According to the big steps, it can be divided into three steps: bamboo weaving, grey work and lacquer painting pile carving.
