What is classroom teaching design?

The difference and connection between teaching design and teaching plan;

Instructional design-teachers use systematic methods to analyze learning behavior goals, students' learning characteristics, students' learning situations and learning environments, choose strategies and means, formulate teaching processes and evaluate teaching effects, so as to realize the process of classroom optimization. Teaching plan-the implementation plan of classroom teaching.

In other words, teachers choose the most appropriate expression and order according to the characteristics of the courses they teach and the specific conditions of the students, so as to ensure the effective learning of the students. Teaching plans generally include tables, descriptive, drawing and drawing plus table class records, ordinary texts, etc. , mainly reflects how to design.

First, the similarities between teaching plans and teaching design:

1. The teaching aims and objectives of both are determined according to the teaching objects and teaching contents.

2. Planning: The teaching content is designed according to all the factors involved in a class. To ensure the completion of teaching objectives. Most teachers have studied and delved into textbooks.

3. The same procedure: study the teaching materials, determine the teaching purpose, clarify the teaching content, the key points and difficulties of teaching, and choose the way, class type, method, teaching AIDS and time of the teaching process.

Second, the difference:

1. There is a difference between teaching plan and teaching design: the teaching plan is taught by the teacher and learned by the students, who study, think and imitate according to the teaching content arranged by the teacher. Teaching design is based on students' learning situation, intelligence and other levels, what students learn and what teachers teach.

So the design of the two is just the opposite. Generally, teaching plans are mainly based on teaching materials and teaching reference materials, while teaching design considers teaching itself as a whole system, and designs, develops, operates and manages it with systematic methods, that is, designs, implements and evaluates the classroom teaching system as a whole.

Optimizing it can not only enable students to learn the knowledge they need, but also enable students to exercise their thinking and enrich their emotional goals and values during the learning process. The hierarchical relationship between classroom teaching design and teaching plan is not exactly the same.

2. Different guiding ideology: the teaching plan is based on the teachers.

The core purpose of the textbook-centered traditional teaching thought is how to teach the teaching content well, let students master the knowledge they have learned, attach great importance to the closed knowledge transfer and skill training for students, and emphasize the dominant position of teachers, but often ignore the main position of students.

The result of this is conducive to students' knowledge growth, but their social adaptability is insufficient, and they lack the ability to integrate theory with practice. Many students lack creativity, are inactive in thinking and have strong imitation ability, which cannot reflect the talent training goals of the current society. Classroom teaching design not only attaches importance to teachers' teaching.

Paying more attention to students' learning and how to make them learn better and achieve better teaching results are the guiding ideology of teaching design. Therefore, analyze the characteristics of learners and carefully design teaching according to the actual situation of students, so that students can experience the learning process and happiness in learning.

Teachers are only the organizers and promoters of teaching, and teachers make full use of students' autonomy to complete the teaching of courses. This kind of teaching embodies the students' central position, student-oriented, and the distinctiveness of modern teaching theory. Teaching design attaches great importance to the design and full use of existing media.

In order to create a good learning environment, learning effect and teaching situation, so as to attract students' attention, increase their learning enthusiasm and stimulate their interest in learning this subject.

3. Elements have different meanings. Teaching plans generally include teaching objectives, teaching methods, analysis of important and difficult points, teaching process and so on.

The use of teaching AIDS, the types of classes, the specific application of teaching methods, time allocation and other factors, thus reflecting the planning and arrangement of classroom teaching; Theoretically speaking, classroom teaching design includes learners' demand analysis, learning content analysis, clear learning objectives, learners' analysis and the formulation of teaching strategies.

The analysis and use of media and teaching evaluation are seven elements. The following is an analysis of the corresponding elements of teaching plan and teaching design.

(1) Goals and objectives. In the teaching plan, it is called teaching purpose, which mostly comes from the requirements of the teaching syllabus. It is abstract and has poor operability, so it is not convenient to objectively evaluate teachers.

The teaching objectives of classroom teaching design can be formulated by teachers according to the syllabus and the actual level of students, and it is required to be described by operable behavior words.

⑵ Analysis of difficulties and teaching contents. The analysis of key and difficult points in the teaching plan is mainly pointed out by the syllabus, which is the main content of teachers' lectures and an important part of the teaching plan.

The analysis of teaching content in the classroom teaching design combined with learners is systematic and continuous, and the key and difficult points obtained from the analysis are often the goals of media design.

(3) The use of teaching AIDS and media design. The use of teaching AIDS in teaching plans is relatively simple, and most of them are publicly released teaching AIDS such as models and wall charts.

Lack of pertinence and innovation; Classroom teaching design attaches great importance to the selection and use of media, pays attention to the best role and opportunity when using it, and has ideal teaching effect. ⑷ Teaching evaluation. The evaluation is not obvious in the process of compiling teaching plan; Classroom teaching design is to master knowledge for students according to teaching objectives.

It is an important link in teaching design to make an accurate and timely evaluation of forming ability.
