What qualifications does the gas station construction unit need?

Gas station construction units need to be qualified: generally speaking, it is related to the scale of the project, and there is no special requirement, mainly depending on the scale structure type of the gas station to determine the construction qualification. The general contracting qualification and safety production license of housing construction projects issued by the Ministry of Construction are enough.

Gas station, usually refers to a supplementary station that serves cars and other motor vehicles and retails gasoline and engine oil, and is usually used to add fuel and lubricating oil.

Mechanism analysis of electrostatic ignition of flammable and explosive liquids and gases;

Static electricity may be generated in the process of liquid flowing, stirring, settling, filtering, shaking, spraying, splashing, washing and dumping. Static electricity often causes fires and explosions of flammable and explosive liquids. Its starting mechanism is based on dipole layer theory. When a liquid contacts a solid, two layers of charges with the same charge but opposite sign will be formed on its interface, that is, dipole layer. The main reason for the formation of dipole layer is that liquid medium can be dissociated into positive and negative ions in different ways. For example, polar molecular liquids or impurity molecules can be directly dissociated.

Under normal circumstances, it will not be filled with pure gas. There is static electricity when high-pressure gas is ejected because solid or liquid particles are suspended in these gases. When the high-pressure gas is mixed with solid particles, when the gas is ejected at high speed, the particles and the gas flow together in the tube, and the particles frequently contact and separate from the inner wall of the tube, so that the particles and the wall of the tube are charged with the same amount but different signs respectively. When injecting high-pressure gas, if liquid (non-solid particles) is mixed in the pipeline, spray electrification will occur with the injection of high-pressure gas. This is because when high-pressure gas is ejected, the liquid in the gas will contact with the inner wall surface of the pipeline or nozzle, forming a liquid film on the inner wall surface of the pipeline or nozzle and forming a dipole layer on the solid-liquid interface. When the liquid is peeled off from the wall with the movement of air flow, charge separation occurs, and charged droplets are dispersed in the gas and ejected, resulting in charge.

Several links and causes of static electricity in gas station;

There are many facilities in the gas station area, but static electricity mainly accumulates in the oil storage tank area, oil pipeline, refueling area and tanker. Due to the different structures and locations of various facilities and equipment, the links and reasons for generating static electricity are also different.

When static electricity is generated in the oil storage tank area, the bottom refueling method is generally adopted when the oil storage tank is refueled or poured tank by tank. Although this method is more reasonable than the top oil injection method, when the oil is ejected from the oil injection pipe at high speed, the oil storage tank is charged because of the charging of the injection. At the same time, the impact of oil on the tank wall causes oil mist, which is also easy to cause charge accumulation and discharge.

1.3.2 Generation of static electricity in oil pipeline and refueling area When oil passes through the oil pipeline from the oil storage tank, it is easy to flow and be charged, resulting in flushing current.

Generation of static electricity of oil tanker. In the process of loading, unloading, transportation and unloading, oil products are repeatedly washed, contacted and rubbed with the tank wall, the crane pipe for unloading and loading oil, resulting in the accumulation of charge and static electricity.

When the charged body reaches a certain electrostatic potential (generally greater than 300v) due to the accumulation of charges, electrostatic discharge will occur, and there will be explosive mixtures in the surrounding space, which may lead to explosion accidents.
